Agave Cantina and Grill opened in 2023 when an opportunity came knocking on Carmina Lopez’s door and she could not pass it up! Lopez and her family ran Los Caporales for over 28 years in Evergreen, Montana. She felt the need for a change
for her restaurant and seized the opportunity when the former Applebee’s location in Evergreen became available.
One of the most popular menu items at Agave Cantina and Grill is the Agave Burrito. This burrito is made with your choice of meat (Carne Asada, Pollo Asado, Puerco adobado, or Carnitas), whole beans, rice, and pico de gallo. It’s topped with their Tequilla-infused Agave sauce, queso cotija, and slices of avocado.
For those looking for a refreshing beverage to accompany their meal, Agave Cantina and Grill offers a variety of margaritas and specialty drinks, including the Jalapeno Margarita, the Diva Margarita, and the Michelada Corona.
